Warm temperatures have advance the ripening of most varieties by at least a week, Most varieties are ripe now.
For the weekend of September 14, 15 & 16 we are picking:
- Canadice red seedless grapes
- Buffalo blue and Niagara white table & jelly grapes
- St. Pepin (make a great German Style Wine) white wine grapes, Niagara, Cayuga + a few others
- Frontenac, DeChaunac and Foch red wine grapes
- Concord probably need another week

Niagara grape wine is one of my favorite white wines. It is easy to harvest (the clusters are big and juicy), and easy to make wine from. I Think of it as a Eastern version of Moscato.
