How to order:
+++ THE BEST WAY TO ORDER IS THROUGH OUR E-COMMERCE PROGRAM. You can have product shipped to you or you can pick up your order up from our farm at your convenience. You can pay by cash, check, credit card or PayPal.

Shipping limits: We ship anywhere in the United States.
Customer guarantee: All our products are hand crafted and none of them will we identical. As with any hand crafted product their will always be slight flaws as proof of the "artistic touch". We guarantee that our candles burn properly and to generally be free from defects or we will replace them or refund the cost to you. We want you to be a satisfied and returning customer!
Return policy: You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
When you wish to return an item, please contact us through our Contact Page and indicate the reason for the return. We will send you instructions regarding, replacement or refund. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.

Payment options: We gladly accept checks, money orders, and major credit cards for mail order transactions. Fax, phone, and online orders are limited to major credit cards. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
