CHOCOLATE BURRS

Whoops! Look at the time! And the meeting starts at 7:30. Many local associations serve refreshments at an evening meeting - nothing fancy but some nice things for nibbles or sweets to go with the coffee. Time is short and it is your turn to bring the goodies. What to fix? It has to be something with honey or it wouldn't be appropriate. Let's see what we can do.

Fruit Salad with Honey Yogurt Dressing

Sweet Summer Fruit Smoothie

Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend or process on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses and, if desired, sprinkle with additional wheat germ. Note: For a thicker, frosty smoothie, freeze fruit overnight. Use frozen fruit as directed ......
