Thanks for a Great
Season, New Grape Search page, Fall vineyard
activities, White Wine Making
Thanks for a great season!
I would like to thank everyone that came to
the vineyard this season to pick grapes. People
from all
backgrounds visited us this year. Pictures
and the rest of the story ........
We are developing a new grape
variety search page. We would like to make
you VERY FAMILIAR with every variety we grow, where
they are located in the vineyard, and easier for you
to find and use. We would like your input
about this project. Check
out our new page .......
Fall activities at the vineyard are
mainly clean up and winterizing things. All
the bird scare alarms, balloons are packed up and
put away. More
.......
We made more wine this season that
we usually do. Our winemaking depends on
how big our crop was and what we have left.
The above picture shows about 5 gallons of
St. Pepin, 10 gallons of Seyval Blanc and about 10+
gallons of Cayuga. About a week later we made
another 10 gallons of Niagara. More
winemaking notes .....

Do you want to know the temperature of the
wine in your bottles or carboys?
This new stick on device called
"Tempo" may be of interest to you.

“Tempo is a laminated
thermometer
of great precision which measures
the inner liquid temperature
of the wine bottle.”
