Honey Cake

• 2 cups white sugar
• 2 cups honey
• 2 cups water
• 3 egg yolks, beaten
• 3 egg whites
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 4 teaspoon soda in warm water
• 6 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together except eggwhites, which you beat until just stiff and fold into batter mixture.

Use greased pan.
Makes 3 loaves.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.

• 2 sticks real butter at room temperature
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
