1/2 cup mayonnaise or light mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons horseradish 2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vinegar
Whisk all ingredients together until blended. Makes about 1 cup.
SIMPLE ORANGE CREAM SPREAD
One 8-oz package cream cheese
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
